Putting your Plan to Action!

Action Plan

 

The most import part of your business plan is creating an Action Plan. All the theorizing before is of little value if you do not map out the necessary action steps you intend taking to achieve your plan. When putting the action steps together you will now see if your goals are realistic or underwhelming. Can this plan be accomplished with the resources you have and be accomplished within the timeframe you set? You must be realistically optimistic. Budget every action.

 It is that time of year again…Business Planning! It is time to set your plan to paper for a fantastic 2012. So let’s start with your 2011 numbers. If you haven’t realized by now your numbers are in for the year. Basically if you haven’t sold it you are not going to! So let’s spend the next few weeks gathering the numbers and making a plan. Oh don’t get me wrong…I still need you out their listing and selling but this is your second priority at this time of year.

Handling an Inquiry

 

Many inquiries will come via the internet today however you will still have consumers contacting you on the phone and in person. Many or these consumers, especially buyers, are concerned about contacting a real estate office.  They want information and help, but may be afraid of losing control over their home search.  Conflicting objectives between the consumer and the salesperson create fear in the consumer, and stress in the salesperson.  Understanding this conflict can improve our results.
